Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Lifecycle Operations Support Specialist to join our Employee Lifecycle team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless billing and invoicing activities for Remote’s vendors crucial to Lifecycle Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage vendor invoices and ensure timely, accurate entries into Coupa.
- Oversee purchase orders and assist with processing vendor payments on time.
- Communicate professionally with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Support Lifecycle Specialists with billing and invoice data entry, generating and sharing data as needed.
- Maintain strong partnerships with external vendors.
- Safeguard and manage employee data and confidential information professionally.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience handling high volume and/or multi-currency transactions.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic accounting functions and vendor payments.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and follow standard operating procedures.
