Responsibilities
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Collect data from multiple digital platforms, internal databases, and third-party sources.
Perform data cleaning by removing duplicate entries, ensuring data accuracy, and filling missing values to maintain consistency.
Organize data using advanced Google Sheets/Excel/PowerPoint techniques.
Transform raw data into meaningful insights by applying data transformation techniques such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and IMPORTRANGE.
Create pivot tables, data charts, and graphs to visualize insights and support data-driven decisions.
Develop comprehensive reports and presentations using PowerPoint for internal review and client reporting.
Ensure data integrity by performing routine audits and validations to identify discrepancies.
Assist in creating dashboards using Google Sheets/Excel to track project progress, performance metrics, and key insights.
Collaborate with senior analysts and data teams to understand key requirements and design customized reports.
Proactively identify trends and patterns in data to support strategic business decisions.
Requirements
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following:
✔️ Expertise in Excel functions such as LOOKUP, IMPORTRANGE, ARRAY, SPLIT, CONCATENATE, and FLATTEN.
✔️ Proficiency in building professional dashboards and reports in Google Sheets/Excel.
✔️ Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
✔️ Excellent communication skills to explain data insights clearly.
✔️ Ability to manage large datasets efficiently with attention to detail.
✔️ Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI (preferred but not mandatory).
✔️ Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
