About the Role

Jio is hiring Customer Support Advisors for its work-from-home support team. This role involves handling customer queries through chat, email, and voice support channels. Candidates with strong communication skills and prior BPO experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries through email, chat, and voice support.
  • Assist customers with telecom-related concerns and service issues.
  • Provide quick and accurate resolutions.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback properly.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Minimum 6 months of BPO experience (Voice/Non-Voice).
  • International BPO experience preferred.
  • Must own a laptop and stable broadband connection.
  • Not open for currently pursuing students.

Work Schedule

  • 6 working days per week.
  • 1 rotational week off.
  • Rotational shifts including night shifts.
