Internship Responsibilities
As a Back Office Data Operation Intern, you will play a crucial role in managing daily deliverables and ensuring the smooth operation of client requirements. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing daily deliverables as per client requirements.
- Providing research inputs to the operations team.
- Sharing and formatting Excel reports for various clients.
- Consolidating reports and formatting them into readable formats.
- Managing end-to-end customer delivery individually or via team.
- Participating in client calls to understand requirements and ensure timely deliveries.
- Conducting quality checks on all deliverables before sending them to clients.
- Handling and resolving customer requests and complaints.
